Alissa Wald, O.D. - Executive Advisory, Ophthalmic Division
Alissa Wald, O.D. is our lead advisory board member for the opththalmic division. She is a successful practice owner, purchasing her first office almost 20 years ago, and along with her husband Scott Daniels founded Practice Concepts.

Michael Kovsky, D.V.M. is a senior advisor and practice broker for the Veterinary division. He is one of the founding members of the national Veterinary Practice Sales Group (VPSG) established over 20 years ago. VPSG is the leader in veterinary practice sales and its group of independent brokers has successfully completed hundreds of practice sales.
Lisa Roberts - Executive Administrator
Lisa Roberts is our executive administrator. She oversees the administrative aspects of the office and works with buyers and sellers throughout the process. She helps in coordinating buyers and sellers throughout the process. She supervises the entire escrow and closing process to ensure a smooth transition.

Peter Coultis has over 13 years of experience assisting Sellers and Buyers with the acquisition and desposition of small businesses in addition to negotiating with lenders and landlords.
Gilbert Mintz, MD - Agent
Gil Mintz, M.D. is a retired OB-GYN. He is a practice broker and licensed real estate agent. For 30 years, he owned and operated a successful private practice in Los Angeles County, California. Dr. Gil also is also an experienced real estate agent and a medical practice broker. Being a doctor and a broker provides added insight to assist buyers and seller.
Dr. Jerry Kramer - Agent
Dr. Jerome Kramer is a practice broker based in New York. He is a member of the American Academy of Optometry, The American Optometric Assoc., and The New York State Optometric Association. He is the immediate past president of the Nassau County Optometric Society.
